For those who reside in Harris County, there will be a Special Runoff Election for Congressional District 18, the seat held by the late Sylvester Turner.


Early Voting: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 through Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Monday-Saturday: 7AM-7PM

Sunday: 12PM-7PM


Mail Ballot: Tuesday, January 20, 2026


Election Day: Saturday, January 31, 2026
